Your new company

This company provides accounting, financial, human resources, marketing and operations solutions to a family office and its entities! They are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their growing team.

Your new role

As the Senior Accountant you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of month and quarterly sales tax returns
• Fixed asset and depreciation accounting
• 1099 reporting
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Daily and monthly journal entries
• Project cost tracking and cash flow projections
• Tracking expenses across all entities
• Assist in any projects as needed

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA or on track for CPA is a PLUS
• Proven experience in accounting
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
• Awareness of business trends.
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
