ABOUT THE JOB
Corporate Counsel will join Marathon Health's collegial and highly effective contracts team, supporting Marathon Health and its affiliates. Corporate Counsel will report to VP of Legal, Corporate, and is a motivated, solutions-oriented attorney passionate about our mission to improve health care in the United States.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Counsel will be a key partner to the business. Corporate Counsel will apply a deep understanding of the company's strategy and operations to the negotiation of contracts with clients, vendors and other external stakeholders in a manner that enables the success of our company while effectively managing the company's business and legal risks.
Corporate Counsel will work closely with many of the teams across Marathon Health, including but not limited to Growth, Operations, Clinical, IT, Project Management and People Experience.
