RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's large National Retail client is looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager. This role could be based in South Brunswick, NJ or Brooklyn, NY 4 days a week.Duties Include:- Senior Digital Product Manager will develop business requirements and detailed user stories
- Serve as a liaison between Business and Technology teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations
- Attend project meetings and provide status reports to the business team
- Facilitate troubleshooting and resolution of daily project issues
- As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will recommend and facilitate cross-concept initiatives and features
- Assists in definition and management of project scope and subsequent change requests
REQUIREMENTS:
- Seeking a passionate product manager with 3+ years of related experience
- Experience managing relationships with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, and documenting those requirements in the form of user stories; Plus, working with development teams
- Experience within ecommerce space - passionate about customer journey/experience
- Understand the customer experience between aspects like product information page, category pages, navigation and/or shopping chart/checkout
- Experience working on a variety of small to medium size projects simultaneously, comfortable flexing between priorities
- Experience working in a lean and fast-paced environment
- Experience with Jira & Confluence, specifically authoring effective JIRA stories for functional requirements, detailed acceptance criteria and prioritization with delivery teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills with demonstrated experience in making articulate and effective oral presentations to different audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills including such areas as team spirit, negotiation, collaboration, pitching in where needed, valuing and respecting individuals irrespective of seniority levels
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence others within a matrix environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to develop and foster constructive business relationships and gain their trust
- Proven experience executing projects, meeting deadlines, and operating under tight time constraints
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
