Meet the team:

We are looking for a highly collaborative, action-oriented Senior Manager Global Program Manager to join HR Operations team at Dexcom. The Senior Manager, Global HR Operations Programs and Policies will be responsible for developing and overseeing global HR Operations programs, work streams, and critical routine initiatives focused on HR Operations transformation and operational enhancements. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective program delivery, requiring a strategic and proactive approach to ensure the successful implementation and management of HR Operations initiatives.

Where you come in:

  • You will develop and lead program management and implementation plans for business critical initiatives within global HR Operations aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives, including but not limited to: HR policy governance and HR Compliance
  • In addition, you will manage and lead the entire lifecycle of HR Operations programs, including planning, execution and evaluation
  • You will manage HR operations transformation program work globally by establishing and executing a program management infrastructure to promote standardized, high quality delivery while driving self sufficiency within the team, scaling impact through others
  • You will accomplish this by coordinating and collaborating with HR and cross-functional team members in multiple business units and locations to plan and execute initiatives and programs

What makes you successful:
  • You bring global HR program and project management experience; Prior experience building and managing global HR policy programs is a must
  • You will be proficient and knowledgeable with HR Operations technology tools (Smartsheet, Workday and ServiceNow preferred)
  • You bring the ability to collaborate cross functionally and have strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Prior experience working in a large scale, growing global company is a must
  • Building and managing global HR policy programs is a must

Travel Required:
  • 15-25%

Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree with 13+ years of industry experience.
  • 5-8 years of previous people management experience.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
