Your new role

Under the supervision of a Vice President or Project Executive, your roles and responsibilities as Project Manager would encompass the following:

• Contract Administration - Has a sound knowledge of the requirements of the owner's contract, including insurance, bonds, fees, notifications, schedules, reporting, and costs.
• Cost Management - Demonstrates the ability to understand and analyze financial reports, status reports, labor, and other job-related reports to effectively control costs and maximize profitability.
• Schedule Management - Has complete working knowledge of project scheduling. Has demonstrated the ability to implement and maintain the project schedule, including development, updating, effectively communicating with the team, and assisting the field in the management of the schedule.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in similar construction project types
