A day in the life.

As our Senior Sales Enablement Specialist on the Sales Team, you'll be responsible for driving marketing technology initiatives, managing sales enablement processes, developing content, executing event strategies, and enhancing internal client experience. This role requires strong collaboration with sales leaders, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to optimize campaign strategies, improve processes, and support sales growth.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in marketing technology, sales enablement, content development, and event strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate and improve processes.
• Proficiency in using marketing and sales databases, reporting tools, and automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
