Job Title: Senior Superintendent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. The Senior Superintendent will work closely with the project manager to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Work closely with the project manager to develop project schedules and budgets
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure that they meet project requirements
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed on the job site
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and communicate progress to the project manager
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to the project team

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
