Senior Workfront Process Improvement Manager
Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.
The Senior Workfront Process Improvement Manager is responsible for supporting identification of opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing best practice and continuous improvement initiatives for the Marketing Adobe Workfront workflow management platform.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Researches, develops, and implements related best practices.
- Develops metrics to track performance and goal achievement.
- Serves as internal consultant relative to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develops training plan, documents processes, and leads testing and training activities with user community.
Minimum Requirements- Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement experience with planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership role experience, including minimum of 3 years experience as a Process Improvement Manager level; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
- Workfront experience ideal. Aprimo or similar platform experience would be great as well.
- Fortune 500 experience preferred.
- PMP certification great to have.
- Experience developing and delivering training as well as documenting processes desired.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $83,232 to $155,366
