Meet the team:
The CAM provides detailed, technically complex information to HCPs to facilitate the beneficial therapeutic relationship between the patient, provider, and company. The CAM will perform training, education, and support to HCPs virtually and face-to-face, using various technologies, including video conferences, conference calls, webinars, and phones.
Where you come in:
• Influence and support high-prescribing CGM physicians, diabetes education nurses, and other healthcare professionals to prescribe Dexcom products to their patients.
• Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products and integrate them into practice.
• Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits to promote Dexcom products to the diabetes community.
• Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the assigned territory.
• Partner with the managed care team, district and territory sales team, and other departments to facilitate territory sales growth.
• You will increase Dexcom's market share and meet/exceed district/territory sales targets and KPIs in line with company expectations.
• Implement Dexcom strategy and monitor progress towards sales goal achievement using Dexcom analytical tools.
• Responsible and accountable for meeting territory sales goals as assigned.
• Complete all administrative requirements in a timely fashion as directed by management.
• High volume, inbound communication from Physicians, Pharmacists, and other Health Care Providers about CGM
• Ability to network with internal and external colleagues across multiple disciplines
• Drive collaboration and maintain consistent open lines of communication across assigned responsibilities

Strong attention to detail by being exact, precise, and accurate. An individual must demonstrate good judgment and techniques for obtaining results and be able to assist in determining the objective of an assignment. An individual in this position would be considered a 'subject matter expert' on Continuous Glucose Monitoring. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and ability required. It also requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends and evening work.
• Required license in one or more fields: Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Dietitian (RD), Physician's Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Direct experience and expertise working with continuous glucose monitoring therapy
• Extensive knowledge of diabetes and therapies
• Competency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Video conferencing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Prior sales and business experience preferred
• Preferred experience in the medical device industry or pharmaceuticals

Travel Required:
• 50 to 75%
Experience and Education Requirements:
• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of related experience.
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (normally 75 miles/120km), a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
