Our client is seeking a passionate and innovative Sr. Full Stack Developer to join their App Growth team in the Customer Relationship and Engagement Technology (CRET) space. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the e-commerce sector and drive growth in our client's mobile application.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, release, and maintain mobile application features and the backend systems to support them
- Contribute to the architecture and development of mobile application and web features to support key mobile application strategy initiatives
- Use modern tools and technologies consistent with our technology stack: native mobile, React Native, Java, AWS
- Interact directly with peer developers, UX, Product Management, Design, QA and other engineering groups as part of a cohesive team
- Use your creative and innovation-driven mindset to articulate engineering design strategies related to scale, performance, security, and usability
- Collaborate with the team to develop products that demonstrate an eye for amazing design, strong product focus, and exceptional user experience

Skills:
- 10+ years of Full Stack Experience
- Mobile development experience, in iOS, Android, or React Native
- JavaScript experience, ideally in the React family
- Experience with Java/Spring/Maven and great understanding of object-oriented design
- Solid technical communication skills with business partners and other engineer teams
- Demonstrated experience taking initiative and practicing strong ownership
- Experience using version control systems such as Git
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure, ideally AWS

Preferred Skills:
- Can articulate engineering design strategies related to scale, performance, security, and usability
- Source control systems, including Git & GitHub
- Agile software development
- Large enterprise and/or retail experience
