The Senior Manager of Global Benefits designs, plans, implements and manages our US and international benefits plans. This hands-on position oversees our international benefits programs, including health, retirement, and leave of absence programs, to ensure that programs are globally competitive and compliant with the local country regulations. This position also leads our global wellness and recognition program initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and administer benefits programs and processes across all geographies
- Conduct benefits benchmarking, gap analysis and make thoughtful recommendations to ensure the competitiveness and cost efficiency of our programs
- Lead and support annual benefits redesign and negotiation of benefits costs that align with company strategy
- Manage retirement plans in US (401k) and globally
- Create and execute employee communication plans for renewal and enrollment process
- Responsible for day-to-day relationships with key brokers, carriers and vendors including overseeing of implementation activities, renewal, operational process, reporting, etc.
- Act as the escalation point and solution provider to address benefits issues
- Establish benefits policies and processes and define/enhance internal support model
- Ensure the reliability, accuracy and security of benefits data used for reporting and analysis purposes.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive Global and US Benefits experience with the Hi-Tech industry
- Extensive knowledge of benefits laws and regulations on a global scale
- Experience with Workday, electronic file feed and vendors systems
- Prior leadership experience managing a team of direct reports
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact and influence others
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high, and potentially shifting priorities.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to conduct research, analyze data and solve complex problems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR-related discipline
- Bonus Points: strong PowerPoint Presentation experience, including presenting to Executive Leadership Teams
Compensation:Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The base salary range for this role in the United States is $160,000 - $184,400.
Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, such as a bonus or commission, medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
