Iowa American Water has a leadership opportunity for a Sr. Supervisor of Production in Davenport. This role will oversee day-to-day operations of our surface water and wastewater plants, as well as booster stations. You will be responsible for driving safety practices, receiving and assigning work orders, and addressing maintenance needs of the facilities.

Primary Role

Responsible for supervising front-line personnel and implementing operational processes that are engaged in the functional area of Production for water and/or wastewater operations.

Experience/Education

• Bachelor's degree in operational discipline, management, or related technical discipline.
  

Hours/Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday, daylight hours
• On-call responsibility

Travel Requirements

• Local and occasional regional travel.
  

Other Requirements

• Relevant state license(s) may be required or preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• Certifications/training in safety preferred.
