Meet the team:

The Data Interoperability Solutions team is focused on developing and supporting the data interoperability solutions for Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) devices in the healthcare space. This senior program manager role will be driving development and implementation of EHR interoperability solutions globally for Dexcom in support of our data interoperability solutions suite. This role reports to the Director of Data Interoperability Solutions.

Where you come in:

  • You will drive end-to-end program management for EHR data interoperability solution initiatives.
  • You will serve as a subject matter expert on the medical device data integrations with EHR systems.
  • You will collaborate with product managers to develop interoperability requirements and specifications.
  • You will be responsible for solution launch and health system integration projects by working with health systems and internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on-time and with exceptional quality.
  • You will manage expectations and communications to foster alignment, support, and effective decision-making.
  • You will develop, track, and report on program roadmap, detailed project schedule, critical interdependencies, risks, change control requests, and deliverables.

What makes you successful:
  • You have 2 - 3 years of healthcare data integration or interoperability solution project management experience.
  • You have hospital, health system, life science, pharmaceutical, or medical device experience.
  • You have experience managing EHR launches or interoperability solution implementations with health systems.
  • You have a basic understanding of application programing interfaces (APIs).
  • You have excellent organizational and computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, Teams.
  • You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, provide creative solutions, and problem solve on a spot.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Subject matter expertise in Oracle Health Millenium (Cerner Millenium) EHR system is highly preferred.
  • Subject matter expertise in Meditech EHR system.
  • Good understanding of FHIIR APIs

Travel Required:
  • 5 - 15%

Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of related experience.

Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.

$82,900.00 - $138,100.00
