Meet the team:

Dexcom's Global Product Design (GPD) is a multi-disciplinary team of user experience designers, visual designers, front-end software developers, prototype developers, software and instructional content designers and industrial designers who support the Dexcom product portfolio. We are looking for a Senior Content Designer to drive consistency across all digital product platforms and print deliverables produced by GPD.

At Dexcom, you will help us build products that improve lives with our innovative, next generation Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) system and expand into the glucose wellness space. We are passionate about quality, usability, and simplicity. We focus on developing products that deliver data and insights across multiple platforms. GPD is honored to be the recipient of 23 international design awards for our G7 product including the iF Design Award, three Red Dot awards, and a gold IDEA award totaling over 23 awards. Where you come in:

  • Collaborate with designers, stakeholders, and partners to write UX Content solutions.
  • Learn from existing members of the team.
  • Socialize ideas and solutions with stakeholders and design partners to gain alignment.
  • Put your human experience at the center of content design.
  • Be a content diplomat by communicating with stakeholders, provide and receive constructive feedback, and work to establish collaborative relationships.
  • Bring a positive influence to our design culture through your thoughts, actions, and attitude.
  • Make content strategy a part of our process with the user always top of mind.

What makes you successful:
  • You bring experience in writing UX content.
  • You are able to manage multiple workstreams, track progress, and pivot to as needed.
  • You bring industry experience with content design, peer reviews, and feedback cycles.
  • You can think through content challenges and work independently.
  • You are familiar with modern design tools such as: Figma, Sketch, Jira.
  • You have experience writing for mobile apps, user guides, and online content.

Travel Required:
  • 5-15%

Experience and Education Requirements:

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of related experience

Remote Workplace:

Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.

$105,800.00 - $176,300.00
