ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform the day-to-day data entry and processing of vendor invoices and payments
• Research vendor inquiries
• Maintain vendor information
• Reconcile and pay company credit cards
• Assist the Billing Specialist with the month-end claims billing process
• Assist the Accounting Controller with the month, quarter, and year end closing
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare business transaction entries
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Process both manual and upload journal entries
• Other duties as needed by the Accounting Controller and the department

Experience:

• General Accounting: 2 years (Required)
• CPA (Preferred)
