The Strategic Initiatives Manager plays a critical role facilitating the execution of strategic initiatives and partnering with business leaders to define and shape project roadmaps across domains in alignment with our transformation objectives. This individual contributor role offers a balance between strategic oversight and hands-on project management, ideal for someone with a strong interest in driving business transformation through both strategic planning and project execution.

Your daily responsibilities will include facilitating the execution of cross-functional projects and initiatives, leveraging your tenacity and collaborative spirit to ensure project teams are aligned and aware of progress, risks, and dependencies while managing to company goals. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategic Initiatives, you will partner closely with a diverse set of executive and senior management stakeholders across GTM, strategy, finance, operations, product, and more. Your work will drive strategic transformation within the company, helping customers move fearlessly forward by accelerating our capacity to adapt and thrive as the Identity Security leader.

  • Partner with business owners and functional experts to define end-to-end change projects in support of strategic initiatives sponsored by the Executive Leadership Team and/or Business Transformation and Operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to set project goals and timelines, track progress, and ensure ongoing alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate design, planning, execution, communication and enablement activities as needed.
  • Support the preparation and execution of program Steering Reviews.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to identify opportunities, challenges, and risks and foster insightful and actionable recommendations for project, functional and executive leadership based on your findings.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts, drive decision-making, and ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Champion change management methodologies to influence and drive continuous improvement, establish new capabilities and increase maturity levels across the business.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in project management, operations, strategy, organizational integration, or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Ability to integrate perspective and expertise across business owners and functional experts to ensure robust project plans and solutions.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to set priorities across multiple projects and teams.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and leading change with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to structure presentations and present effectively to senior management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
