IDR is seeking an experienced Strategic Planner to join one of our clients and lead efforts to scale a key experimental initiative! This is a 6-month contract position, with the potential for extension. We are open to fully remote candidates based within the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to scale the experimental initiative in alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify growth opportunities and design strategies to capitalize on them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the process.
• Create presentations and materials to effectively communicate the vision and benefits of the initiative to diverse audiences.
• Deliver engaging presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, tailoring the message to each group.
• Address questions and concerns raised during presentations, providing clear and concise explanations.
• Facilitate discussions, gather feedback, and use it to drive improvements.
• Identify and solve issues arising during the rollout process and propose process improvements for efficiency.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation for processes and procedures.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet project deadlines while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes or experiments.
• Expertise in identifying growth opportunities and developing strategies to achieve them.
• Experience with process documentation, analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a large-scale or organizational-wide project environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies.

Compensation: 100-115/hr
