Job Description:
As a Commercial Superintendent, you will oversee the construction of mid-rise buildings, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be the on-site leader, coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring all work complies with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities for mid-rise building projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, specifically with mid-rise buildings.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
