Volt is immediately hiring multiple Production Line Lead / Supervisor for immediate hire in Visalia, CA.
As a Production Line Lead / Supervisor you will:
- Supervise a team of general labor / entry level visual inspectors
- Ensure lines are set up and moving throughout the day
- Ensure production goals are being met
These are 1 - 3 month temp roles to help with a special project. We need one Lead or Supervisor for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. Hours are: M-F from 8am - 4pm, 4pm - 12am and 12am - 8am.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 1 year of working as a Warehouse Supervisor or Production Supervisor OR Production Lead or Line Lead, etc
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pass criminal background and drug screen
Pay Rate: $25/hr for 1st shift, $25.40/hr for 2nd and 3rd Shift
** Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
