Supply Planner (Buyer)
Length: 12 month contract + extensions
Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid: 3x per week on site)

The Select Group is seeking a Supply Planner (Buyer) to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience placing and maintaining Purchase Orders, Service Supply Chain, SAP and Excel.

Supply Planner (Buyer) Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of SAP (this is the platform used to release POs and is required experience).
• Experience with Service Supply Chain (which can include characteristics like Sustainability, Inconsistent Demand, Reverse Logistics, Customer-oriented service, and more complex logistics than product supply chain)
• Experience placing and maintaining Purchase Orders (POs)
• Experience overseeing PO receiving and invoice reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel skills
• RMA (Return Material Authorization) experience a plus
• Knowledge of/Experience with reverse supply chain a plus

Supply Planner (Buyer) Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Refurb supply/demand planning globally
• Analyze weekly actuals and forecast to develop a weekly Refurb supply plan that meets customer demand and team targets
• Coordinate weekly cadence calls with global stakeholders
• Partner with stakeholder teams to ensure supply plans meet the target.
• Publishes and reconciles weekly supply plans to ensure changes and gaps are communicated/addressed.
• Collaborate with APAC and EMEA operations teams to secure sufficient capacity and materials to meet quarter targets.
• Coordinate issue resolutions and application enhancement requests between business and warehouses
