Our client is a company that helps develop new medical treatments. They work with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies, offering services like data analysis, clinical trial monitoring, project management, and regulatory support. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team!

Your new role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing and attracting top talent and collaborating with team members to fulfill the organization's staffing needs. Your responsibilities will be evenly divided between managing the contractor program and recruiting full-time employees (FTEs). Additionally, you will support various Talent Acquisition (TA) operational tasks. This is a 6-month contract position with hybrid flexibility.

What you'll need to succeed

• 1-2 years of full-time recruitment experience
• Background in Manufacturing (CDMO) or Clinical Research Organization (CRO) is a plus.
• Experience with the Workday ATS system is essential.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
