Location: Newport Beach, CA
Salary: $40.00 USD Hourly - $50.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner I
This position will be hybrid onsite in Newport Beach, CA

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify internal and external candidates through passive and active methods, social media, and employee referrals.
• Consult with hiring managers on candidate flow, assessment, recruiting activities, market trends, and challenges throughout the search process.
• Maintain close communication with candidates to ensure an optimal recruiting experience.
• Build strong relationships with the TA Team, University Relations, and key HR partners to enhance the recruitment function.
• Collaborate with other TA members on projects related to process improvement, DEI, and social media.

The Experience You Will Bring:

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on candidate assessment.
• Proven experience presenting talent to hiring managers in a corporate environment.
• Ability to communicate and influence to achieve best-in-class hiring results.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Proven passive sourcing techniques to engage talent.
• Experience with Workday and MS Office.
• Understanding or interest in learning Agile methodology within an HR function.

Must Have:

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with Workday and MS Office.
