Technical Specialist
Location: Onsite in Roseville, MN
Contract Length: 6 months
Pay Rate: $23 to $26 per hour
We are seeking a Technical Specialist to join our team for a 6-month onsite contract in Roseville, MN. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and technical support for the QuickTalker Freestyle Apple Account creation process. Candidates must have experience with Apple products to be considered for this position. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings.Deliver clear, accurate, and consistent guidance to customers to ensure timely and successful account creation with minimal touchpoints.Accurately document all customer interactions in Salesforce to maintain high-quality data for quality control.Identify challenges and recommend improvements to service processes and workflows.Maintain compliance with HIPAA and FERPA requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address departmental and company-wide issues.Follow established procedures, workflows, and corporate principles.Contribute to team goals and support company initiatives.Perform additional duties as assigned.Core Competencies, Skills & Abilities:

Education & Experience
- Associate degree
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support for Apple products and applications (required)
