RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Broomfield, CO that is looking for a dynamic Executive Technology Support Lead to assist in the global growth of our client.Summary:This person will be a key player in the success as the company continues to grow. You will be the technical lead on the team responsible for supporting projects as well as being the point person for the leadership teams technical support needs. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • 4+ years in a helpdesk or technical support role with an emphasis on catering to executive levels and their direct reports or assistants
  • Proven experience supporting and configuring Microsoft operating systems from Windows10 and beyond
  • Expert knowledge and ability to manage seamless connectivity across a wide range of platforms including Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, etc.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with LAN and WAN equipment, including NICs, network cabling, and routers
  • Networking knowledge including TCP/IP and experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, SNMP, etc.)
  • Experience with PowerShell, JAMF, SCCM, MDMs, and administrative experience in core systems
  • Excellent documentation and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions with a diverse audience
  • Preferred Certifications: ITIL, CompTIA A+, CCNA, CHDP, or Microsoft Certifications (Microsoft365 Fundamentals (MS-900) or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100 and MD-101))


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
