Job Title: Agile Product Owner

Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days a week in office required)

Job Type: Contingent Resource Assignment

Team Objective/Scope:

• Collaborate with risk partners to develop requirements ensuring compliance with policies.
• Translate requirements into the Cornerstone application for client onboarding.
• Ensure no red flags during the onboarding process.
• Write and develop requirements within the tool for system development.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Services Consulting.
• Review and analyze multi-faceted, large-scale, or long-term challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contribute to resolving complex situations requiring a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology supporting Business Services, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military, or education.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in writing requirements based on agile methodology.
• Ability to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with risk and compliance teams.
• Ability to document enhancements for systems (Cornerstone system).
• Capability to work across technology and business domains.
