Basic Job Functions:
UIG is currently seeking a Customer Billing Specialist as an addition to our Accounting and Finance team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Prepare invoices based on current customer sales orders
- Communicate with teammates regarding billing issues and clarification needed to prepare invoices.
- Maintains appropriate internal controls over daily cash receipts and deposit reconciliation
- Assist with the collection of overdue accounts
- Assists with other duties as assigned
