Job Summary:
Chance to work on financial data forecasting for complex retail problems/challenges. Utilize deep learning methods and architectures to build and deploy state-of-the-art forecasting systems. Will also be working on causal inference problems for scenario-based adjustment.

Our team collaborates closely with Finance teams to enhance financial planning and strategic decision-making through cutting-edge data-driven solutions. We specialize in a diverse range of initiatives, including advanced time series forecasting, which provides actionable insights into trends and patterns, and leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) to produce concise, insightful summaries that empower decision-makers. By integrating these innovative approaches, we strive to drive efficiency, accuracy, and impactful outcomes in financial operations.
What you'll do:
- Lead a high-performing team to build advanced time series forecasting systems.
- Build cross-functional partnerships to drive collaborative success.
- Interface with users to collect requirement and feedback.
What you'll bring:- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 5 years' experience in an analytics related field.
Must have qualifications...
- Experience in productionizing Data Science, ML and GenAI Models
- Experience in designing scalable ML/GenAI applications incorporating Data Pipelines, Model Training, Inferencing, Versioning and Monitoring.
- Experience in cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure.
- Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Devsecops processes using Code Quality Inspection tools such as Sonarqube and Synk.
- Experience in creating Unit, End to End, Functional and Regression Testing Frameworks.
- Experience in Backend development which includes API development using FastAPI/Flask, Cache using Redis, Asynchronous Job processing using Celery, and Message Brokers using RabbitMQ/Kafka/Google Pub/Sub.
- Experience containerizing application using Docker and Orchestration using Airflow and Kubernetes.
- Mentored Junior team members in adhering to best practices of Python programming not limited to object-oriented programming, typing, listing, exception handling, and parallel processing.
- Practitioner of Agile (Scrum) Methodology.

- Experience in Front End technologies such as React.js
- Experience with Adobe Analytics to track website traffic and campaign metrics.
- Experience with Big Data processing and feature engineering with spark.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
