Our client is seeking a dedicated Jr. User Experience Designer to join their dynamic People Technology Team. This remote position operates within the CST time zone, offering the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with a diverse, agile team.

As a Jr. User Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across digital and physical touchpoints. You will work closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to create compelling, human-centered experiences. Your work will contribute to the growth and development of our client's employees, helping them acquire the skills needed to progress in their careers and deliver superior customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to build and support employee-facing experiences
- Utilize strong skills in mobile design, building within frameworks and design systems
- Leverage customer research, site metrics, and usability findings to inform design decisions
- Foster a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Participate in defining and facilitating discovery efforts
- Deliver solutions and advocate for the continuous improvement of user experiences

Qualifications:
- 2+ years as a UX Designer, or 4+ years in related fields, or equivalent industry experience
- Strong UI skills and familiarity with Figma and Miro
- Intermediate knowledge of Experience Design principles, activities, deliverables, and tools
- Ability to work through complex design solutions and understand the technology behind those solutions
- Experience in envisioning, defining, and modeling end-to-end, multichannel customer experiences

Preferred Skills:
- Current online portfolio demonstrating knowledge and skill in experience design
- Experience working with experience designers, product managers, engineering leads, and business stakeholders
- Ability to participate in and help lead UAT and team development and launch support activities
- Curiosity, collaboration, self-drive, self-awareness, outgoing nature, and a focus on relationship-building
