Workday Consultant

Remote in Illinois, Texas, Oklahoma, Montana or New Mexico OR 250 miles from Richardson or Chicago

Job Purpose:

This job is responsible for providing daily administrator support and improvement efforts for Workday and additional HR Strategic Business applications, including configuration and ad-hoc reporting; supporting implementation of system upgrades; testing system enhancements, troubleshooting issues and documenting workflows; monitoring data logs and managing releases; providing ongoing technical support to Service Center employees; ad-hoc performance of quality audits This role will be involved in creating test cases and testing interfaces to various vendors and various systems within Client

Required Job Qualifications:

5 years' experience with HRMS Systems; Minimum of 1 year SaaS and/or Cloud Based experience; Vendor Relationship experience; Project Management Skills & Experience:1. Workday (Compensation, HCM, EIBs, Reporting, Benefits, Payroll, etc.)2. System Administration3. Vendor Management; Open Cases, Troubleshoot Issues, Manage Release Testing, etc.
