Volt is immediately hiring for Customer Service Representative in Huntington beach, CA.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Duties:

• Manage a Customer Portfolio of diverse domestic and/or international accounts
• Work with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quotations, Sales, and Shipping to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Assist Shipping and Logistics teams with domestic and international order fulfillment.
• Input a high volume of Purchase Orders into the ERP system with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle customer concerns, present acceptable solutions and alternatives quickly, follow up to assure resolution.

This is a full time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with data entry and ERP systems (Navision/MS Dynamics preferred).
• Typing skills (40 WPM +) and some knowledge of data entry.
• Ability to compose correspondence and create Excel spreadsheet.
• Ability to manage time effectively and manage various tasks successfully.
• High school diploma and applicable work experience.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM with possible OT

Pay Rate: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
