Job Description

Flexion Inc. a Madison, WI based IT Consulting and Services firm is looking for a Desktop Support Consultant to work on a long-term consulting project. This is a hybrid position with the onsite work to be performed in Madison, WI.

The Desktop Support Consultant will provide customer service focused technical support, diagnose problems, troubleshoot, work on resolution, security and maintenance of end-user devices and other technologies and systems in an enterprise networked environment.

Required skills:

-At least ten years of technology support experience is required along with providing excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

-Experience installing and supporting Microsoft client operating systems in an enterprise environment.

-Experience setting up and supporting PC hardware, software and related devices.

-Experience doing advanced troubleshooting and diagnosis of complex systems to resolve problems with desktop computers

The annual pay rate for this position is is in the $55,000-$65,000 range annually.
