Volt is immediately hiring an experienced Project Manager to support Cost Optimization and Purchasing projects. This is an immediate opening in Fountain Valley, CA.

As a Project Manager you will:

• Manage four very high profile projects that are loaded with details and tasks that need to be managed and pushed through to completion
• Summarize meeting agenda and objectives working alongside Senior Group Manager, Purchasing.
• Creating and following project timelines through MS Project and creating visualizations within MS Powerpoint

This is a full time HYBRID role (3 days onsite, 2 days from home). Position is temp for 3 months with a strong possibility of going longer.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Project management experience
• Be good with Powerpoint (illustrative visualizations for meeting decks) and someone who can help keep projects on track through strong communication and good usage of project timelines (via Gantt charts through MS Project or other project management software).
• Active listener and is keen on taking directions and following through on tasks.
• Be able to show examples of work in the past with confidential information scrubbed out which demonstrates their Powerpoint abilities or task management skills (Gantt charts, Kanban boards, Meeting notes, etc.)
• Complete Bachelors degree highly preferred

Pay Rate: $35- $50

** Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
