RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a SaaS client in Plano, TX that is seeking a remote UX Designer to join their team. This is a senior-level position in which you will be supporting the Design Lead to get a community platform project off the ground. This role will require both design experience as well as research experience. Prior experience working on community platforms is a must.General Job Description:- User Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating insights into actionable design solutions
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and enhance usability, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
- Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability tests, gathering feedback to refine designs and ensure an intuitive user experience across all platforms
- Collaboration: Work alongside product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals throughout the product development lifecycle
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and user-centered design language across products and platforms
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of UX or Product Design experience minimum (ideally targeting 5+ years)
- Experience standing up B2B community platforms (starting with a third-party product and implementing/customizing it)
- Prior experience working with end-users to conduct interviews and user testing
- Portfolio showcasing prior work
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
